Common questions
Can every YAML value become TOML?

No. TOML requires a table at the root and has a smaller type system. Null values and other unsupported structures produce an explicit error.

Are comments preserved?

No. Conversion serializes parsed data, so comments, original indentation, and key layout are not retained.
