About this tool

Made for the task at hand.

Turn everyday SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and JOIN statements into readable lines. A SQL-aware lexer protects quoted strings, identifiers, and comments while arranging major clauses and nested parentheses.

How to use

  1. Paste a SQL statement into the editor.
  2. Choose uppercase, lowercase, or preserved keyword case.
  3. Copy the formatted query after checking any syntax warning.
Your work stays yours.
Tool inputs are processed locally in your browser and are never sent to KitVerse servers. Clear the workspace when using a shared device.
Common questions
Does it support every SQL dialect?

It targets common SQL syntax and quoted strings, but vendor-specific procedural blocks and every dollar-quoting variant are not a complete dialect parser.

Are string literals uppercased too?

No. Keyword-case changes apply only to recognized word tokens, never quoted values, quoted identifiers, or comments.
