About this tool

Made for the task at hand.

Produce a genuinely resized image with the browser Canvas API. Set exact dimensions, preserve proportions when needed, and inspect the exported file before downloading.

How to use

  1. Select an image and enter the target width and height.
  2. Choose aspect-ratio locking, output format, and quality where supported.
  3. Review the resized preview and download the generated image.
Your work stays yours.
Tool inputs are processed locally in your browser and are never sent to KitVerse servers. Clear the workspace when using a shared device.
Common questions
Does resizing improve a small image?

Upscaling creates more pixels but cannot recover detail that was absent from the source.

Why is JPEG quality unavailable for PNG?

PNG uses lossless compression, so the lossy quality slider applies only to JPEG and WebP exports.
